Seventy-eight years in the same business

  1. 1948

Founded in Beirut as a wholesaler of home appliances.

  2. 1950s–90s

Export offices in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore supply the region.

  3. 2000s

The business moves to retail: Dalco and Medion join the range, and furniture and lighting come under the same roof.

  4. Today

Two Beirut showrooms — Jnah and Dora — still run by the family that started it.

Still a family business

The company began as a wholesaler, exporting home appliances made by international manufacturers through offices in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. It moved to retail in the 2000s, when Dalco and Medion joined the range and furniture and lighting came under the same roof. Two Beirut showrooms — Jnah and Dora — are still run by the family that started it.
